Big Buddha!

Petrol Station
Hi everyone! I'm back from my trip from Emei mountain and Le Shan! It's been a wonderful experience and my journey was filled with fun and joy. I shall post what I did yesterday. As the Journey to Emei would take approximately 3 hours, we left in the wee hours of the morning. Along the highway, we stopped at a petrol station for toilet break. To my horrendous discovery, the toilets aren't clean as the cubicles are mounted with bowels and wastes that has yet to be cleared away. There wasn't even a single molecule of oxygen left for us to breathe! I suggest that the toilets would need a clean up, so as to allow comfort for other users. We had lunch before visiting the giant Buddha. The massive stone carvings amazed me, as I stood scratching my head, figuring out how the carvings were done. It is said that these carvings were done as early as 700 AD. I am surprised how the people in the past manage to carve such a huge sculpture, given its technology. I guess much effort, perseverance, and hard work are poured into it.

GIANT Buddha
See a sleeping Buddha?
After visiting the giant Buddha, we headed to a hotel to stay in for a day. We had an early dinner and walked around the small town. After much walking, my friends and I decided to go for a massage. It was my second time going for it, and we did a full body massage. Professionalism were being portrayed as the masseuse massaged us. I felt enlightened after a 45 minutes body massage. As night began to fall, I felt tired for the day and decided to sleep early as we had to get up early to visit Emei mountain the following day. Felt excited as it will be my first time seeing snow and touching it.
