“Goreng Pisang”! (Fried Banana)

Last IS lesson
Hi guys, results were out today! I checked them, and to my disbelief, my results had dropped. Well, I promised myself I will improve the following semester. Lesson this morning was as usual from 9 to 12, and Mr Lim finished chapter 2, for strength of materials. I headed back to my dorm after class to upload pictures into my blog, and it takes forever to get it done. During IS lesson, we were being lectured about China’s political parties and economic growth. It was boring for all of us.

There was a small town just outside school, so Mr Tan, my friends, and I went out just to have a look. They sold snacks, and I tried most of it. My favourite was the “Goreng Pisang”, which means fried banana. It melts like caramel in your mouth, and the condensed milk sweetens your tooth. We went back to our dorms to finish some work, and had dinner. Raiqal and I heard fireworks in the evening, and ran up to the roof top to try and catch a glimpse of it. Unfortunately I was unable to take video of it as I had forgotten my phone, however, we watched the fireworks display for a minute.  Guess that’s all about it. I’m going to post again tomorrow, as we will be visiting the Si Chuan earthquake site. Bye!
